ReEnrollment (for families enrolled for the 2024-2025 school year)

When you have decided to reenroll with ECS for the 2025-2026 school year, please complete the form below.

Open Enrollment for the upcoming school year (2025-2026) runs from February 1 through the Orientation / Informational Meeting in August. (Visit the school calendar for the exact date of that meeting). Take advantage of early re-enrollment discounts by re-enrolling before April 30.

Enrollment Referral Discount Procedures

A currently enrolled family will receive a $50 referral rebate (by check) for each new family that successfully completes enrollment, and pays tuition AT ONE TIME.  This doesn’t work for families who choose to pay enrollment tuition over a year’s time. 

The newly enrolling family is required to reference the existing family’s referral, by including name of the existing family on the new family’s enrollment form. ​​

 

Fee Structure and Payment Plans for ReEnrolling Families

Plan A (Early ReEnrollment)
Due Date: April 30 (This option is available from February 1 – April 30 only)
Total Annual Cost: $525/Family
Payment Procedure: $525 to be paid upon enrollment and no later than April 30 by check, money order, credit card, or through PayPal (cash not accepted)

Plan B (Open ReEnrollment)
Due Date: (This option is available until the 3rd Saturday in August Orientation only) (see web calendar for the date)
Total Annual Cost: $630/family
Payment Procedure:

  • Plan B.1. $630 may be paid before or at Orientation Meeting by check, money order, credit card, or through PayPal (cash not accepted)
  • Plan B.2. $315 + $35 Monthly Tuition for nine months (September – May)
    • $315 will be paid upon enrollment by check, money order, credit card, or PayPal (cash not accepted).
    • Electronic transfer must be used to pay the remaining balance of Tuition Payments.
    • A copy of the ACH Authorization Form must be supplied.

Plan C (Late ReEnrollment, after Orientation)
Due Date: Date of Enrollment (This option is available after Orientation until May)
Total Annual Cost: $685/family
Payment Procedure:

  • $685 is to be paid by check, money order, credit card, or PayPal at the time of re-enrollment. Cash is not accepted. Payment is non-refundable.
